Well...i had to change my room 3 times in 4 days, and if you are a solo traveler like me looking for some fun...if the extra person is not the same than you better be prepared to pay 1500 baht every time( even if the booking is for 2 persons). Getting to your room it can get a bit confusing and also you need to do a bit of a work out since you have to go up hill to get to the first elevator who will get you to the second elevator who will get you to your flour

The resort is excellent and worth the money.The staff is very co- operative and courteous. The view from building c in front of ocean view is excellent.The building is situated on the hill but three lifts are provided to reach the room.Some may find slightly strainful but believe me once you reach the room the view of ocean and phuket town makes you forget all your trouble.If I get chance to visit phuket again I will stay in Sea Sun Sand resort only. I had an absolutely amazing time staying here! The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and their English was really good. The breakfast was delicious and reminded me of home. I loved the fact that there were plenty of activities to do, with a spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and beach access. The location of this place was also great, with scooter hire and shops nearby. I had a fantastic stay and didn't want to leave!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

I've booked a sea view hotel, however the room didn't quite correspond to a typical sea view in a way that the balcony only had a limited sea view, and in any way, a front and clear sea view as it seems in the pictures from the hotel.

The hotel had beautiful green gardens and a lovely view of the sea. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were always available to help with any needs. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a TV. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which was great for swimming and sunbathing. Plus, there were plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood for shopping and dining.

The breakfast was subpar, and the food quality was average at best. the breakfast area was not ideal in case of rain, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.

Internet connection was not that much good. Keep going up and down.

My friends and I are confirmed to go back and and stay in this awesome hotel....Love the jacuzzi and the pools....The breakfast was just amazing....Love, love, love this hotel....

I loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to restaurants and nightlife. The hotel facilities were great and very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful with transportation and parking.

The location is very close to the beach and other activities.

The beds are very hard. I was told this is how all of the beds are because it is a new hotel. I also think they either have bed bugs or we are allergic to the laundry soup they use. My boyfriend and I both broke out really badly but our first night at a new hotel we woke up the next day and the bumps were almost completely gone.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and city center, which made it very easy to explore Patong. the room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and towels. the staff was generally polite and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good variety of food options.

The fridge in the room had issues with cockroaches, which was quite concerning for hygiene and safety reasons.
